We have workstations available for people who want a flexible, longer term office to work out of. We do month-by-month leases. For that you get:

• a clean white desk
• lockable mobile for your things
• security access for 24/7 access to the building
• wifi access or we physically wire you up for faster, more flexible internet
• use of the kitchen, break out spaces, mezzanine meeting room and telephone booth for private conversations
• tea and coffee, and wine or beer o’clock with the architects

Long term Kingsmen generally park for free in the surrounding residential streets.

Charges:

• $600/month + GST
• Printer pay-as-you-go for printing

Rules of engagement:

Sign up to a flexible month-by-month lease (we’re happy to give you a copy to look over), end of month invoices are to be paid within 7 days.
